Syrian Equestrian Sham Al-Assad wins best young athlete award in Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy Cup Championship

Abu Dhabi (ST): The Syrian  equestrian Sham Al-Assad, member of the national team and the  Team Spirit Club was crowned with the best young athlete prize in the Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy Cup for Women in its tenth edition, which is currently being held in Abu Dhabi.

The win of equestrian Sham Al-Assad came after she came first in the match that was held according to the specifications of the two rounds and its track was designed with barriers that reached a height of 120 cm with the participation of 57 equestrians.

The Syrian national team equestrian, Aya Hamsho, in addition, succeeded in achieving second place, while she finished sixth in the Grand Prix match, which was held at a height of 140 cm.
