Syrian community in the Sultanate of Oman establishes a social club that strengthens the brotherly ties

Muscat, (ST) – The Syrian community in the Sultanate of Oman established a social club aimed at strengthening fraternal ties between the two countries and a number of friendly countries.

The club seeks to connect young people from the Syrian community to the homeland in terms of its history, present and future, and to harness all available capabilities to serve the people of the community.

The club also aims to strengthen fraternal and social ties between members of the expatriate community, enhance the spirit of cooperation and integration, exchange ideas, expertise and the best experiences

It also aims to mobilize the capabilities of the club members in order to serve cultural, educational, social, sporting and charitable purposes, introduce the great cultural heritage that Syria possesses and working to highlight its bright cultural face.

The club, whose registration was announced by the Ministry of Social Development in the Sultanate of Oman, is managed by a board of directors consisting of 12 members, with a two-year term.
