Syrian community in Russia and the CIS releases statement on Martyrs’ Day

Members of the Syrian community in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) have reiterated their stand by their homeland, saluting the honorable military and civilian martyrs.
 
In a statement sent to the Syrian News Agency (SANA), on occasion of Martyr’s Day, the members of the Syrian Community said” We, the Syrian community in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, express great pride in the homeland’s honorable martyrs, who sacrificed their lives to protect their homeland.”
 
It went on to say: ” Our martyrs who achieved victories will remain the noblest and most generous in the world, as those heroes sacrificed their souls and everything they have to defend their homeland.”
