Syrian Community in Russia and CIS: The Syrian army will achieve final victory over terrorism

MOSCOW, Aug.1, (ST)’The Syrian Community in Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) affirmed that the Syrian Arab Army, which foiled the  war against Syria and offered sacrifices to defend the homeland, will achieve the final victory in its war against terrorism and its supporters.

In a statement released on Monday on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the foundation of the Syrian Arab Army, the community asserted that the Syrian army is an ideological army that believes in its homeland, its people and its leader, and has achieved throughout its history victories over all those who have tried to attack the homeland, and now they will achieve complete victory over terrorism.

The statement added that the Syrian people are civilized people and their land is the cradle of religions and the land of cultures and deep history, stressing adherence to this great legacy left by the ancestors.
