Syrian community in Romania highly appreciates Iran’s stances

One week following its visit to Russian embassy in Bucharest, the delegation representing  the Syrian community and national institutions in Romania visited Friday Iranian embassy to express its appreciation for Iran’s political, diplomatic and military support for Syria in confronting terrorism.

The delegation delivered – during the visit- thank-you message to the Iranian Ambassador in Romania Hamid Moayer.

“We came to the Iranian embassy in  Bucharest to express to  the Iranian political and military leadership and to the Iranian President the appreciation of the Syrian community and national institutions in Romania for your country’s supportive stances to Syria in fighting terrorism,” the delegation said in the message.

 

It asserted that Syrian army’s achievements in Aleppo is a conclusive evidence of realizing victory over terrorism in all areas in Syria.

The Iranian diplomat, in turn, said that Iran and Syria have strong ties and both of them fight against all forms of terrorism. “The victory achieved in Aleppo will have big impact on terrorist organizations and their supporters,” he added, according to  the official news agency (SANA).

The agency clarified that the national institutions in Romania are Syria Expatriates and Businessmen Association, Syrian Physicians Association, Syrian-Romanian Friendship Association, Syrian Chamber of Commerce, the National Union of Syrian Students (NUSS) and the Arab Tishreen School.
