DAMASCUS. Sept.7, (ST)- The meeting of the joint Syrian-Belarus Committee on Land Transport between the two countries has concentrated on strengthening bilateral cooperation in the transport sector to overcome difficulties, especially unilateral coercive measures.
During the online meeting, which was held on Wednesday, the two sides discussed the mechanism of implementing the agreements signed between the two countries, facilitating permits for the exchange of transport movement between the two sides, encouraging the exchange of goods, the work of trucks, land transit, transit movement, maritime transport procedures and container transport through the seaports in the two countries.
The two sides agreed to continue consultations and discussions to reach formulas that enhance and develop cooperation relations for the common interests of the two friendly countries.
