Syrian army strikes Jaish al-Islam terrorists in Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, kills 15 ISIS terrorists in Palmyra
PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has struck the Jaish al-Islam terrorists on the outskirts of Duma city in the eastern Ghouta of Damascus and has killed over 22 terrorists outside Palmyra and in Lattakia countryside.
According to a military source, Syrian warplanes bombed today morning the Jaish al-Islam terrorists, which are linked to the Saudi regime, on the outskirts of Duma city in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, killing and injuring many terrorists.
The strikes coincide with destroying a 500-meter long tunnel linking Madaya town and Zabadani plain north-west of Damascus and targeting terrorist organizations in Daraa al-Balad and Daraa al-Mahatta in Daraa province and in several areas in Aleppo province.
The tunnel, which has been used by terrorist organizations as a supply route, was destroyed by army units in cooperation with the Lebanese resistance.
In another development, army units and popular defense groups carried out operation against terrorist organizations, where are linked to the Saudi and Turkish regimes, in al-Rawda town in the northern countryside of Lattakia.
The operation ended with the death of 7 terrorists, including Chechen ones.
15 more terrorists affiliated to ISIS were killed during clashes between army units and terrorists that tried to infiltrate into several military posts in quarries area in Palmyra countryside.
