Despite western media outlets’ attempts to divert attention away from Syrian Arab army’s victories against foreign-backed terrorist organizations in Aleppo city, Arab and foreign officials and journalists focus on the importance of liberating this city.
Speaker of Iran’s Parliament [ also known as Consultative Assembly or Shoura Council] Ali Larijani said Monday that liberation of Aleppo city from terrorists is ‘very importance’ to enhance security in Syria.
He asserted that his country supports Syria in fighting terrorism in accordance with a demand from the Syrian government, criticizing the European Union’s unclear role in counterterrorism.
“International will is a must to end crises,” the Iranian official said during his meeting with Head of Foreign Policy Committee in the Portuguese Parliament.
Another comment on Aleppo liberation was made by the Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramtan Leamamra , who said that liberation of Aleppo city is a victory over terrorism.
“What is being done by armed organizations in Aleppo is terrorism,” Leamamra told reporters on the sideline of a forum held in Algeria on peace and security in Africa.
Meantime, the Czech political commentator Ivan Hoffman stressed that the liberation of Aleppo city is a defeat for the west, which was betting on terrorists in that city.
Syrian army is defending its country from terrorists and extremists, who receive arms and money from Saudi and Turkish regimes and the west, he said in a commentary published in the Czech Danik newspaper.
The commentator sees that ISIS terror organization has no problem in finding sponsors outside Syria, indicating that the Syrians reject to be human shield and to be persecuted at the hands of terrorists.
The Czech Rokwimi website reported that Syrian army’s victory in Aleppo is a painful blow to terrorist groups’ supporters in Syria, including the Zionist entity, the Turkish regime, Gulf Sheikhdoms and western countries.
“The deafest of terrorist organizations in Aleppo will greatly affect the formulation of new policies of western governments and the morale of the rest of terrorists in Syria,” it added, affirming that Syrian army’s victory in Aleppo is a turning point in the terror war on Syria.
“Aleppo people are celebrating the victory despite the great suffering they faced at the hands of terrorists,” the website concluded.
