Syrian army’s victories in Aleppo deal a blow to enemies’ schemes: Lebanese party

Beirut, (ST) – The Lebanese Toilers League (a political party) affirmed today that the great victories achieved by the Syrian Arab Army against terrorism, in particular by completing the liberation of Aleppo, constitute defeat to the enemies of Syria .These victories also constitute a fall of the dreams of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in his desperate attempt to achieve his ambitions to restore colonial control of the Ottoman state.

The Toilers League said in a statement after its meeting headed by its Secretary-General, former minister Zahir al-Khatib, that the victory of Syria and the axis of the resistance, Russia and the allies crowned the legendary and heroic steadfastness of our people in the city of Aleppo, which is the fruit of their sacrifices, the sacrifices of the Syrian Arab army and the blood of the martyrs.
The statement indicated that the strategic victory in Aleppo brings Syria closer to the moment of the final victory in its national war against the forces of terrorism and colonial states.
