Syrian army recaptures towns from ISIS in Hassaka countryside, kills dozens of terrorists in Aleppo

PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has regained control of two towns in the western countryside of Hassaka and repelled terrorists’ infiltration bid into Sanqara town in Idlib countryside, the Official news agency (SANA) reported Tuesday.

The agency clarified that army units recaptured towns of Rafraf and Mafraq al-Seqqeq in the western Hassaka countryside from the ISIS terrorists.

The recapture of the two towns synchronized with killing dozens of the ISIS terrorists in the Aleppo countryside and foiling an armed terrorist group’s infiltration bid into Sanqara town in Idlib countryside.

A German, Saudi, Iraqi, Turkish, Kuwaiti, Palestinian, Jordanian and Tunisian terrorists were killed in the eastern Aleppo countryside, according to social media.

While in the in the northwestern province of Idlib, a military source confirmed the death of dozens of al-Nusra Front terrorists during intensified operations on the outskirts of al-Kfir and Ghania towns in Jisr Esh Shugur countryside.

The source added that several vehicles belonging to the so-called the ‘al-Fateh Army’ were also destroyed in the operations.

The ‘al-Fateh Army’ includes hundreds of terrorists, who infiltrated through Turkish border with flagrant support from the Erdogan regime despite the U.N. resolutions on counterterrorism.

In another development, army units targeted terrorists hideouts on the outskirts of al-Hamedeyeh town in the northwestern countryside of Hama where many terrorists were killed and injured, according to a military source..

The source indicated that several terrorists were arrested and a big quantity of munitions was confiscated when the competent authorities stormed terrorist hideouts in Hama city.

Elsewhere, army units pounded several terrorist hideouts belonging to the al-Nusra Front in Daraa, Quneitra and in the northern countryside of Homs.

On the other hand it was reported that 175 wanted persons from Homs countryside turned themselves in to the competent authorities for regularizing their situations.
