Syrian army recaptures 20 buildings in Zabadani city, kills scores of terrorists

PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has recaptured more buildings in Zabadani city north-west of Damascus and has continued to target terrorist organizations in the southern front and in the northern countryside of Lattakia.

According to a military source, army units in cooperation with the Lebanese resistance fully controlled 20 buildings on Nabo’a-Ein Hemma axis in Zabadani city in Zabadani city and killed scores of terrorists there.

The recapture of the 20 buildings was preceded by regaining control over several buildings on the outskirts of the ‘Al al-Bait’ Mosque and in al-Azemeh quarter in the same city, which is located 45km north-west of Damascus.   

Moving towards the south of the country, army units targeted terrorist organizations in al-Hamedeyh, al-Horeyyeh and Ofian towns in Quneitra countryside a day after fierce clashes with al-Nusra Front terrorists, who tried to infiltrate into al-Hemreyeh area in Hader town and into the western area of Khan Arnabeh town.

The clashes ended with the death of many terrorists.

Further terrorists were killed as army units struck terrorist organizations in the northern and eastern countryside of Daraa and in the northern countryside of Lattakia.

Separately the official news agency (SANA) reported that the competent authorities regularized situations of 191 wanted persons in Hasaka province
