Syrian army recaptures 2 military positions few hours after terrorist groups captured them

A military source declared that today at 13: 30, armed terrorist groups in the northern side of al-Ghab area carried out an attack using suicide bombers and car bombs on two Syrian army’s military positions in Tanjara and Ftatra towns. 

 

” Our brave army units confronted the terrorist groups and recaptured the two positions after heavy clashes that lasted for several hours,” the source added. 

 

It asserted that the terrorists suffered heavy losses. 

 

“The arms of terrorist attackers were seized and a four-wheel vehicle equipped with a machine gun for them was destroyed. Moreover,  the remnant terrorists were forced to run away leaving the bodies of their comrades,” the source said . 

 

It cited that one Syrian soldier was martyred and several others wounded.
