PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has expanded its control over the Jazel oil field’s surrounding outside Palmyra and has killed many of al-Nusra Front and ISIS terrorists in the countrysides of Daraa, Quneitra, Hasaka, Damascus and Sweida.
According to a military source, army units in cooperation with popular defense groups expanded their control over the Jazel oil field’s surrounding, north-west of Palmyra city, after killing large numbers of ISIS terrorists.
Last night, Syrian warplanes bombed ISIS groupings in Jazal area and killed many terrorists there.
The ISIS organization steals Syrian oil and sells it through Turkish brokers with direct support from Racep Tayyip Erdogan regime in a blatant violation of the U.N. resolution No. 2199.
In the same central region, army units in cooperation with popular defense groups warded off today ISIS terrorists’ attack on towns of Jeb al-Jrah and Maksar al-Hsan and on al-Hawa hills, about 60 km east of Homs city.
Many terrorists were killed and injured in the confrontations.
Further terrorists affiliated to the al-Nusra Front were eliminated when army units carried out operations against their groupings in al-Dik area, north of Jabborin town in the northern countryside of Homs and in the northern and northeastern countryside of Quneitra as well as in the eastern countryside of Daraa.
An arms depot belonging to terrorists was destroyed in Tal Sh’hab area in Daraa countryside.
There were also other operations against terrorist organizations in Zamalka town in the eastern Ghouta of Damascus and in Jobar quarter near Damascus as well as in al-Qaser town in the northeastern countryside of Sweida, according to the official news agency (SANA).
The agency added that army units targeted the ISIS groupings on the outskirts of al-Hol town, about 30km east of Hasaka city and in Em Hjira town in the southeastern countryside of Hasaka as well as in al-Mre’eyeh and al-Bo’omar towns in Der Ezzour countryside.
As for Qalamoun battle, SANA reported that Syrian army units and the Lebanese resistance recaptured the strategic Qarnet Wadi al-Mghara in Jarajir barrens.
