PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has destroyed an arms cache plus rocket launcher in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus and killed large numbers of al-Nusra Front terrorists in the southern front.
A military source declared today that Syrian warplanes destroyed a rocket launcher in Mdira town and an arms cache plus a hideout for terrorist organizations in Erbin city in the eastern Ghouta of Damascus.
“Many terrorists, most of them were of foreign nationalities’ were killed during an airstrike on a hideout in Harasta city outside Damascus,” the source added.
Further terrorists affiliated to the ‘Jaish al-Haramon’,which is composed of the al-Nusra Front, the ‘Ahrar al-Sham’ Movement, the ‘Jabal al-Shiekh’ brigade and the ‘Omar bin al-Khattab’ brigade, were killed and injured as army units targeted terrorists’ hideouts in al-Tlol al-Hemer and in Em Batneh and Memetneh towns in Quneitra countryside.
While in Daraa province, army units eliminated large numbers of al-Nusra Front terrorists, including leader of the ‘Horan Martyrs’ battalion- his name Hasan Mansour al-Saleh- during operations on the southern and western edges of Daraa city.
The US, Israeli, Saudi, Qatari, French and Turkish intelligence agents run the Amman Military Operations Center (MOC) which gives order to terrorist organizations operating in Daraa and Quneitra countryside.
There were also fresh operations against terrorist organizations in the countrysides of Aleppo, Idlib, Lattakia, Hama and Homs.
Many terrorists were killed an injured and lot of vehicles belonging to them were destroyed in the operations.
The Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV channel reported that popular committees in al-Fo’a and Kafaria towns in the northern countryside of Idlib warded off offensive launched by armed groups on the two towns.
Attack on Kweris airbase foiled
It added that Syrian army warded off ISIS terrorists’ attack on the besieged Kweris airbase in the eastern countryside of Aleppo and prevented the terrorists from making any progress in the surrounding of the airbase.
“Army units destroyed several military vehicles belonging to ISIS and killed 60 terrorists during clashes that lasted for three hours,” a military source inside the airbase told al-Mayadeen TV channel.
