Syrian army foils attack on al-Rastan dam, kills many terrorists in southern front

PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has eliminated many terrorists in the southern front and has foiled terrorist attack on al-Rastan dam in the central region, military sources confirmed Tuesday.

The sources said that two terrorist groups were eliminated north of Semlin town and on the northern edge of Zemrin town in Daraa countryside, adding that many terrorists affiliated to the al-Nusra Front were killed and injured in Tal Mas’hara area in Quneitra countryside.

The US, Israeli, Saudi, Qatari, French and Turkish intelligence agents run the Amman Military Operations Center (MOC) which gives order to terrorist organizations operating in Daraa and Quneitra countryside.

In the central region, army units foiled terrorist attack on al-Rastan dam, which lies north of Homs city, and killed many terrorists affiliated to the ISIS [Its Arabic acronym is Daesh] in towns of Enq al-Hawa and Rhom in the eastern countryside of Homs.

More terrorists were killed in Tal Jbin, Khan Touman, Babis and al-Brij in Aleppo countryside as well as in Bakfalon, Broma farms, Khan Shikhon and Der Sonbol areas in Idlib countryside.

Syrian army shot down a spy drone belonging to terrorists over Dwir al-Zayton in the northern countryside of Aleppo, media sources reported.  

While in Hama countryside, army units destroyed several vehicles and hideouts belonging to terrorists organizations in Hmadi Bakr, Mkimin, Em Myal, al-Latamneh, Kafr Zetta, al-Rahjan, Tal Ersan, Qlib al-Thour, Salbeh and Tal Em Hritin areas.

An arms cache plus several vehicles belonging to terrorists were also wiped out  in Taftanaz area outside Idlib.

On the other hand, SANA reported that 347 detainees from several provinces were released within the framework  of national reconciliation process.
