PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has struck terrorists’ supply routes from Turkey into Idlib and has extended its operations in the eastern countryside of Quneitra, the official news agency (SANA) reported Friday.
The agency quoted a military source as saying that an army unit killed many terrorists in al-Ya’aqobeyeh town in Jesr al-Shoughour area outside Idlib from which foreign terrorists infiltrate under the supervision of the Turkish Racep Tayyip Erdogan’s regime.
The source added that another army unit struck terrorist hideouts in Taftinaz town, which lies north-east Idlib city. Many terrorists were killed and injured there.
Terrorists affiliated to the al-Nusra Front and other allied organizations spread in Taftinaz town and Abo Duhur area in which military operations continued.
In another development, army units extended their operations south-east of al-Samdaneyeh al-Gharbeyeh town in the eastern countryside of Quneitra and killed many terrorists in the western countryside of the same province.
Weapons and munitions belong to terrorists were destroyed the eastern countryside of Quneitra.
Yesterday, army units wiped out several vehicles belonging to terrorists at square of Nab’a al-Sakher town, which is adjacent to the northwestern countryside of Daraa.
In central Homs province, army units struck terrorist groupings in Enq al-Hawa and al-Msherfeh al-Sharqeyeh towns in the eastern countryside of the province and in al-Tlileh area, south-west of Palmyra, where many terrorists were killed and injured.
