Syrian army eliminate 21 terrorist in east Ghota

PROVINCES,(ST)_Armed forces go ahead with hunting down foreign-backed terrorists everyplace across Syria to restore stability and security to it.

Today (Tuesday), units of armed forces clashed with terrorist groups in Jobar, Harasta and east Ghota areas in Damascus countryside.

 At least 21 terrorists were reportedly killed and injured.

On the other hand, units of armed forces shelled terrorist groupings inside east Ghota area and took control of power plant area in Adra.

In addition, the armed forces have reportedly regained control over al-Sanamin area in Daraa province and Damascus-Daraa highway.  

Elsewhere, the armed forces targeted terrorists’ hideouts in countryside of Homs and Idleb, killing and injuring many terrorists.

It was also reported that quarrel broke out between terrorists from al-Nusra Front and armed group in Idleb countryside ended in killing many of them.

Meanwhile, engineering units dismantled two explosive devices planted by terrorists on Ariha-alMastomah road.

While, a booby-trapped motorcycle was exploded by terrorists near al-Razi health center in Idleb city, causing serious damages at the scene. No one was hurt.

 Syria is in a state of war and its army is doing its duty as regard defending homeland and citizens, and fighting terrorist groups to restore stability and security to the country.

The terrorist groups, who are exported from 40 countries, perpetrate heinous crimes against citizens and destroy the country’s infrastructure, are funded and supported by Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Britain, France, and the US.
