Syrian Army continues targeting terrorists’ positions

Provinces – Army units and the Air Force on Thursday continued targeting terrorist organizations’ dens, inflicting heavy losses upon them in personnel and equipment, SANA reported.

Damascus Countryside

The army’s air force targeted gatherings of ISIS terrorists and their fortifications in al-Dmeir area and east of Tishreen thermal station in Damascus countryside, a military source said on Thursday.

 

The targeted terrorists suffered heavy losses in the airstrikes and many of their vehicles that were loaded with arms and ammunition were destroyed.

Homs

Positions and vehicles for ISIS terrorists north and east of Palmyra city in Homs countryside were also destroyed.

Deir Ezzor

The army’s air force destroyed positions and vehicles for ISIS terrorists in al-Mrei’iyeh and al-Jafra villages in Deir Ezzor countryside.

Sweida

An army unit destroyed several vehicles for ISIS terrorist organization as it targeted a gathering of its members in Rajm al-Dawleh village in the northeastern countryside of Sweida province. A number of terrorists were killed or injured in the operation.
