Syrian army checkpoint intercepts US military convoy in Hasakah countryside

HASAKAH, Nov 23, (ST)- Syrian Army checkpoint intercepted on Tuesday a convoy affiliated to the US occupation near the village of Akoula in the northern countryside of Hasakah and  prevented it from getting closer towards the city.
 
Local sources told the correspondent of  the Syria Arab News Agency (SANA) that the army checkpoint in the vicinity of Akoula village in the southeastern countryside of Qameshli  intercepted a convoy composed of five military vehicles for the US occupation which attempted to pass by the village, forcing it to return from where it came.
 
Yesterday, citizens of Hamou village in the southern countryside of Qameshli intercepted a convoy of vehicles belonging to the US occupation forces.
