Syrian Army Carry Out Operations in Many Areas Across Syria

Provinces, (ST)- The Syrian army on Tuesday continued carrying out series of precise  operations in several areas across the country, killing large number of terrorists of different nationalities and destroying their criminal tools.

In Damascus countryside, army units eliminated armed terrorist groups and destroyed their criminal tools in Mabrak al-Naqeh area in al-Nabek and to the northeast of Yabroud bridge.

In Homs, a unit of the armed forces killed a number of terrorists and destroyed their dens in al-Zara farms and al-Hosn, al-Ghasbieh village and the area surrounding al-Dwair.

Another army unit laid an ambush for an armed terrorist group near Um al-Tababir village in al-Friqlous area, killing all members of the terrorist group and destroying two trucks loaded with great amount of weapons and ammunitions, according to a military source.

The source added that the army eliminated a sniper who was hiding in a residential building between al-Karabis and Jouret al-Shiyyah neighborhoods, in addition to storming terrorists’ groupings near al-Tahya Mosque in Bab Hud.

In Aleppo, a unit of the armed forces annihilated a terrorists’ grouping and destroyed two cars loaded with weapons and ammunitions in the area surrounding al-Kindi Hospital, according to a military source.

Other army units killed all members of armed terrorist groups in al-Lairamoun, al-Mansoura and the area surrounding the Central Prison.

 Army units eliminated armed terrorist groups and destroyed their dens in the villages and towns of Babees, Erbin, Kweires, al-Jadideh and Handarat.

Army units also clashed with terrorists in the neighborhoods of al-Marjeh, al-Ansari, Bustan al-Qasr and al-Rashdin in Aleppo city, killing  many of the terrorists.

Another army  units foiled an attempt by an armed terrorist group to infiltrate into al-Safahiyeh garage, killing and injuring its members.

Terrorists’ groupings and a number of their vehicles were destroyed in Bab Qansarin in the old city of Aleppo, after army units last Saturday seized control of the gold markets and the areas of al-Zarab and Kheir Beik in the old city.

In Daraa countryside, a unit of the armed forces eliminated an armed terrorist group which tried to infiltrate from Inkhel town into al-Sanamin and destroyed their weapons and ammunitions.

A military source told a local media that another terrorist infiltration attempt into the national forest in the village of Tisil in the western countryside of Daraa was foiled, eliminating most of the terrorists.

Another army unit destroyed a terrorist’s den in the area surrounding Bilal al-Habashi Mosque in the city of Daraa, killing all  terrorists inside and injuring others.

In Idleb countryside, a den of ringleaders of armed terrorist groups was destroyed in Ein Larose village, killing many terrorists most of whom were of Egyptian, Jordanian, Libyan and Qatari nationalities.

Army units destroyed terrorists’ dens and groupings, killing all terrorists inside and destroying their weapons and ammunitions in the villages of  Hantutin, Maarat Misrin, Binnish and Nahliya

An armed terrorist group’s infiltration attempt into Jabal al-Arba’in was foiled, terrorists were also killed or injured and their weapons and ammunitions were destroyed.

In Hama, army units eliminated armed terrorist groups to the east of al-Esseileh village, near Tal Hwash and to the north of al-Mdeiq Citadel in the northern countryside of the province.

The source confirmed that a number of the terrorists’ cars, which were loaded with weapons and ammunitions, were destroyed.

In Lattakia, units of the armed forces eliminated ringleaders of armed terrorist groups belonging to the so-called “The Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham which is affiliated to al-Qaeda in the northern countryside of the province. Most of the terrorists killed are of Egyptian, Libyan, Iraqi and Jordanian nationalities. 

Two heavy machine guns mounted on two cars, a car loaded with locally-made rockets, three cars loaded with explosive devices were smashed in several villages of Lattakia.

On the other hand, Minister of Health Saad al-Nayef said terrorists committed a massacre in which they killed 5 doctors, 5 nurses and two ambulance drivers in Deir Attiyeh in Damascus Countryside.

4 citizens were martyred, including one child and 23 others were injured as mortar shells fired by terrorists on the neighborhoods of  Baghdad street, the Vocational Rehabilitation Center for the Disabled,Ahmed Hamish hospital in  Masaken Barzeh and near al-Jebbeh roundabouts in al-Sheikh Mehi-Eddin in Damascus.

In Aleppo, terrorists fired a rocket at the municipality building, causing material damages to the palce without any causalities.

In Damascus,eleven citizens were killed and others were injured in a suicide terrorist bomb attack at a bus station in al Soumariya city,a source at the Damascus Police Command told the official news agency.
