Syrian army air force destroys a number of terrorists’ vehicles, kills scores of them in Aleppo

Provinces  – Units of the army and the armed forces, backed by the Syrian army air force, on Thursday continued to launch wide-scaled military operations against dens and positions of the Takfiri terrorist organizations in different areas across the country, inflicting heavy losses upon them in the arms and personnel, SANA reported.

Aleppo

The Syrian Air Force launched strikes against positions of terrorists in the vicinity of the military academies, Maarata and Tallet Bazo in Aleppo southern countryside.

 

According to a military source, the strikes left large numbers of terrorists dead and several armored vehicles and others equipped with machine guns destroyed.

Army units clashed with terrorist groups affiliated to “Jaish al-Fatah” that attacked the strategic Um al-Qara’ hill, SANA added.

The clashes ended in the death of many terrorists, including one of Jaish al-Fatah field leaders who is nicknamed “Abu Adel al-Yemeni”, along with all of its group’s members.

Daraa

An army unit bombarded terrorists’ hideouts and positions in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa city, killing almost all members of two terrorist groups positioned to the south of Daraa Dam and to the south of the old Customs building, according to a military source.

A rocket launching pad for terrorists was destroyed in al-Nazihin Camp.

The source also said that an army unit destroyed a machine gun position and a monitoring center for terrorists, killing many of them, to the east of Khazan al-Kark in Daraa al-Mahatta neighborhood in Daraa city.
