Syrian armed forces celebrates Martyrs’ Day

Damascus, (ST) – Our armed forces revived Martyrs’ Day -martyrs who nurtured the pure soil of the homeland with their blood, and so they are the most generous on earth and the noblest of all humanity”.

The commanders of the military areas visited the martyrs’ sepulcher and laid wreaths in the name of President Bashar al-Assad, Head Commander of the Army and Armed Forces, and they read al–Fateha on the souls of martyrs, and performed the official salute .

The official leaders visited the wounded in the military hospitals and expressed pride in the sacrifices of the men of the Syrian Arab Army, stressing that martyrs’ clean blood will be a guide and inspiration for future generations to the path of victory and dignity.

Traffic came to a stop in all governorates from 10 55 hours until 11:00 hours in honor of the souls of our martyrs.
