Syrian Arab army recaptures Morek city outside Hama and oil wells in Homs

PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has regained full control over Morek city outside Hama and two oil wells east al-Sha’er oil field in Homs, media sources said Friday.

The official news agency (SANA) confirmed that Syrian army regained full control of Morek city in the northern countryside of Hama and killed many terrorists and mercenaries there.

“Engineering units are clearing out mines, bombs and sand barriers from the city,” a military source declared.

Another advance was made by Syrian army in Homs countryside, according to alIkhbaria Syria TV channel which said Syrian army recaptured the oil wells 110 -103 east the Sha’er oil field in Palmyra Badia outside Homs and mowed down many terrorists affiliated to the Daesh organization [known as IS or ISIS or ISIL in foreign media reports] there.

The Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV channel said that Syrian army is moving in on nearby oil wells in Homs countryside.

Dozens of terrorists killed    

The same province [Homs] witnessed military operations against terrorist organizations in al-Waer, Talbeseh, al-Mashjar al-Janobi, al-Farhaneyeh, Taldo and al-Rastan where dozens of terrorist were killed and large numbers of vehicles for them were destroyed.   

Moreover, Syrian army eliminated many terrorists in Der al-Adas and Nassib towns outside Daraa as well as in Tal Qrah, Byanon, al-Nerab, al-Marjeh and al-Ramoseh in and outside Aleppo and in several areas outside Idlib.  

Last night, Syrian warplanes carried out airstrikes on armed terrorist organizations in Beit Sayer near Beit Jen at the foot of Jabal al-Sheikh Mountain.
