Syrian Arab army pounds terrorist hideouts in Daraa and Quneitra amid reports of ISIS Emir’s death in Homs

PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has destroyed a depot containing explosive devices belonging to al-Nusra Front in Lattakia and killed many terrorists in Daraa, Quneitra, Homs and Idlid, military sources said Sunday.

A military source declared that army units killed many al-Nusra Front terrorists and destroyed a depot containing explosive devices plus several weapons-laden vehicles belonging to them in Jabal al-Koz, Jabal Zahyeh, Khan al-Joz and Wadi Shikhan in northern countryside of Lattakia.

“Four Jordanians were among terrorists killed in the said areas,” the source added.

2600 Jordanian terrorists

Intelligence reports indict that the number of Jordanian terrorists in Syria is more than 2600, stressing that 300 of them were killed.

Recently, Takfiri organizations declared that hundreds of the Jordanian Salafi  Jihadist Movement’s members infiltrated into Syrian and Iraq to fight alongside the ISIS organization [ a terror organization known as Daesh in Arabic].

Terrorists belonging to al-Nusra Front and the ISIS are spread in some towns in the northern countryside of Lattakia.

The Turkish regime facilitated the infiltration of the terrorists into the towns from the Syrian-Turkish border.

Back to developments on other fronts, it was said that Syrian army foiled terrorists’ infiltration bid from Janneh town into Mhambal town, which lies on Aleppo-Lattakia road, according to a military source.

The source confirmed that army units killed many terrorists in Rasm Myat in Idlib province and pounded several terrorist hideouts in Hloz, al-Tanjara, Balshon, Kafrlata, Sermin, Beit al-Kyara and on the outskirts of Jabal al-Arba’een in the same province.

More terrorists were mowed down in Tal Sh’hab area, about 17km far away from Daraa city, and in Alma, al-S’eleh, Athman and al-Sheikh Meskin towns and Daraa al-Balad in southern Daraa province.

In central Homs province, Syrian army targeted terrorist organizations in al-Waer quarter and in Talbeseh, al-Holeh, Kafrlaha, Wadi al-Samarmar and al-Amereyeh, killing many terrorists.

ISIS Emir alongside some of his aides killed

The Takfiri terrorist organizations acknowledged through social networks that 11 of their members died in al-Holeh area.

ISIS Emir [ his name Sanad al-Shqeti] was killed in Ezeddin area and some of his aides were killed on the outskirts of al-Shaer gas field in Homs, according to terrorist organizations.

The same organizations confirmed the death of a military leader in the Islamic Union of the ‘Ajnad al-Sham’, dubbed As’ad Abo Ibrahim, when Syrian army warded of attack on military posts in Khan Arnabeh town and al-Baath city in Quneitra four days ago.

The attack was supported by the Zionist entity [Israel].

In the same province [Quneitra], Syrian army killed many terrorists in al-Samdaneyeh area- about 2km far away from al-Baath city- and al-Hamedeyeh area-about 7km west Quneitra city.
