Syrian Arab Army Mows down Lots of Terrorists outside Idleb, Lattakia and Homs

PROVINCES,(ST)_Military sources have said that army units targeted terrorist groups in many areas in and outside Aleppo province and outside Lattakia, Idleb, Daraa and Homs provinces.

The sources confirmed the death of many terrorists and destruction of several cars for them in today’s operations.

In details, the army units shelled terrorist groups in towns of al-Shendakheyeh, Abo Jres, Abo Trakha, Mnokh and al-Khal in Homs countryside as well as in qurter of Beit Em Riad in al-Rastan city in the same province.

A military source was quoted on the official news agency (SANA) as saying that many terrorists died in the said towns.

The sources added that a car for terrorists was destroyed in Jabborin area outside Homs.

“All terrorists inside the car died”, the source confirmed.

Meanwhile, the army units struck terrorist groups in Bani Zied, al-Sekkari, al-Sakhour, al-Jazmati and Hanano quarters in Aleppo city as well as in Hritan, Ard al-Mallah, Kafr Hamra, the industrial city, al-Tamora, al-Atareb, Mare’a, Kafr Sgher, Babens, al-Meqebleh, al-Rahimeh, al-Ma’abodeyeh, al-Sheikh Kheder, Dahret Abdrabboh, Handarat, Sifat, al-Hedareyeh, al-Sheikh Saeed, al-Mansoura and Daret Ezzeh  outside Aleppo province.

Infiltration bid

A military source declared that many terrorists were killed and injured in the said areas and several cars for terrorists were wiped out in Arom and Tal Hattabat in Aleppo countryside.

More terrorists were mowed down as an army unit warded off armed terrorist group’s infiltration bid from the old city of Aleppo into al-Khasrafeyeh Mosque.

In a further development, the terrorist groups were inflicted big losses during a series of operations carried out by the army units outside Idleb and Lattakia provinces.

The official news agency (SANA) reported that the army units targeted al-Nusra Front groupings in towns of Nab’a al-Samok, Abo al-Rish farm, al-Naemeh and al-Kart in the northern countryside of Lattakia.

The agency added that terrorist groups belonging to the so-called ‘al-Aqsa’ brigade were targeted near Maaret Mesrin town outside Idleb where large number of the groups’ members was killed.

8 cars for terrorists destroyed

Eight Pickup cars equipped with medium machineguns for terrorists were destroyed in the same town [Maaret Mesrin], a military source said, noting that he army units targeted terrorist groups in more than 19 areas outside Idleb.

The army units, in addition, shelled terrorist groupings and hideouts in around 14 areas in southern Daraa province.
