Syrian Arab army makes fresh gains in Damascus suburbs, eliminates dozens of terrorists in several areas

PROVINCES,(ST)_Military sources have confirmed the death of dozens of terrorists in Der Ezzour, Damascus suburb of Adra al-Balad, Hama, Aleppo, Daraa and Idlib and destruction of several arms dumps for terrorists in Lattakia countryside.

During today’s operations, Syrian army made fresh advance into Adra al-Balad town in northern countryside of Damascus and recaptured several points outside al-Teba town in al-Kesweh area in southern countryside of Damascus.

The fresh gains in Damascus countryside synchronized with killing as many as 11 terrorists and destroying a bomb-making factory in Serjeh town in Idlib.  

A convoy of cars for terrorists was wiped out in Abu Duhur city and in Talab town south-west Abu Duhur airbase in Idlib, a military source said, adding that Syrian army pounded a hideout for terrorist ringleaders in Ghabat al-Bassel in Idlib countryside.

More hideouts for terrorist ringleaders in Der Foul town and al-Rastanin Homs countryside as well as in al-Latamneh, Kafr Zeta and al-Arabaeen towns in northern countryside of Hama were obliterated.  

Large numbers of terrorists were killed there and in Tal Ref’at in Aleppo countryside.

In northern countryside of Lattakia, Syrian army destroyed several arms depots for terrorists and eliminated dozens of them in towns of al-Khedra, Beit Shrouq, Torous, Etira and Shahrora.

Most of terrorists killed in the said town were non-Syrians.

While the terrorists killed in Der Ezzour were belonging to the ‘State of Iraq and the Levant’ organization, known as Daesh in Arabic.

On the other hand, Syrian army repelled terrorists’ infiltration bids from al-Dawha into Krom Jebba in Quneitra countryside and from Jesr al-Khrab into al-Waer orchards in Homs.
