Syrian Arab army kills terrorist field commanders in Quneitra battles, inflicts big losses upon terrorists in Daraa and Hama

PROVINCES,(ST)_Media sources said Wednesday that Syrian army killed several ringleaders for al-Nusra Front and the ‘Free Army’ during Quneitra battles and inflicted heavy losses upon terrorist organizations in Aleppo, Daraa and Hama .  

The sources clarified that the leader of the ’72 Brigade’ which is affiliated to the ‘Free Army’, Riyad Hazza’a al-Khaledi, plus a field commander in the al-Nusra Front-linked ‘al-Sahabeh’ battalions, Obaida al-Balhosi were killed in clashes with Syrian army in al-Hamedeyeh area in Quneitra countryside.

Four more terrorists alongside a leader of a group were also killed in the Quneitra battles.

In addition, Syrian army scored direct hits on terrorists’ hideouts east Hritan, Tal Msibin, west Handarat, Krom Azazah, Seif al-Dawleh and al-Azezeh and destroyed several cars for them in al-Jandol square, Bistan al-Qasr, al-Sheikh Lrtfi and near Handarat camp in and outside Aleppo province.

Other hideouts and groupings for terrorists in Morek, Ltemin, al-Latamneh, Skik al-Hosh and Kafr Zieta in Hama countryside as well as in Daraa al-Balad and on the outskirts of Athman, Em al-Mayathen, Der al-Adas and Tal Irar in southern Daraa province were struck by Syrian army where dozens of terrorists died, according to military sources.

While in northwestern province of Idlib, Syrian army warded off terrorists’ attack on a garrison on the outskirts of Jabal al-Arba’een and pounded hideouts for terrorists in Khan al-Sheih, Kansafra, Maer Htat, Sraqeb and Hantorin.

Terrorist groupings in Ma’arret Mesrin, Tal Salmo and south Abo Duhur outside Idlib were also targeted during today’s operations which also resulted in wiping out a hideout for the terror ‘Jend al-Aqsa’ organization and an arms cache on the outskirts of Saraqeb town.

In central Homs province, Syrian army destroyed a hideout for al-Nusra Front in al-Waer quarter where two terrorist ringleaders were killed.
