Syrian Arab army kills dozens of terrorists on Syrian-Lebanese border, Der Ezzour, Idlib

PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has struck sites of terrorist organizations on Syrian-Lebanese border and in Der Ezzour, Hassaka, Idlib, Daraa, Aleppo and Hama, according to military sources.  

A military source said that dozens of terrorist were killed when Syrian army targeted terrorist organizations’ hideouts along Syrian-Lebanese border in Jorod al-Qalamon outside Damascus.

Other hideouts for terrorist organizations in al-Rastan and Talbeseh in Homs and in the eastern countryside of Homs as well as in several areas in and outside Aleppo and in Daraaal-Balad were also targeted by Syrian army.

Many terrorists were killed and injured there.

Well over 18 terrorists belonging to al-Nusra Front were eliminated as the Syrian army targeted terrorist groupings east Saraqib in Idlib, a military source confirmed.

Infiltration bids

The source added that Syrian army repelled terrorists’ infiltration bid into Ein al-Hamra town in Idlib countryside and mowed down dozens of terrorists in al-Taman’a, Khan Sheikhon, al-Hbeit, Mdaya and Ehsem.

There was also another infiltration bid by terrorists into al-Khaldeyeh and al-Khalkhaleh towns in Sweida countryside, but Syrian army in cooperation with national defense forces warded off the bid.

Another attempt by terrorists to retake a building in Tiba town in the Damascus suburb of Kesweh was foiled.

Yesterday, Syrian army restored stability to the strategic Tiba town, which links Damascus countryside to Daraa countryside and the western Ghouta.

Daesh operation centers struck

Moreover, Syrian warplanes hit several operation centers and sites for the terrorist organization Daesh [State of Iraq and the Levant] in Gherra, Maghlojeh, Abo Tlil in Hassaka countryside as well as in Alya town in Ra’asal-Ein countryside near Turkish border.
