Syrian Arab army kills dozens of ISIS terrorists plus several al-Nusra Front leaders in Der Ezzour, Raqqa, Lattakia
PROVINCES,(ST)_A bomb expert affiliated to the ISIS plus Pakistani, Kazakhstani and Chechen ringleaders in al-Nusra Front were among terrorists killed during qualitative operations carried out by Syrian army in Der Ezzour and outside Lattakia, military sources confirmed Wednesday.
A military source in Der Ezzour said several ISIS ringleaders including a bomb expert, dubbed Abo Dojanah, were killed in a qualitative operation conducted by army units in al-Reshdeyeh quarter in the city.
It added that dozens of ISIS terrorists were eliminated when army units struck two terrorist hideouts in al-Shola town which lies 30 km south Der Ezzour city.
Various types of weapons and munitions besides vehicles belonging to the ISIS [terror organization known as Daesh in Arabic] were destroyed in the same town and south al-Tabqa city, which is located 55km south-west Raqqa
Several hideouts for the same terror organization [ISIS] south al-Tabqa city and in Inbaj town outside Raqqa were targeted by army units.
Dozens of terrorists reportedly died there.
Israeli-made missiles destroyed
Add to that, army units struck terrorist hideouts in al-Bernas and al-Kart towns in northern countryside of Lattakia where several ringleaders linked to al-Nusra Front were eliminated and a depot containing tens of Grad and Israeli-made missiles plus munition boxes and vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns were destroyed.
The terrorist ringleaders killed in the strikes are – Ma’amoun al-Mas’oudi from Peshawar [dubbed Abi Boraq al-Kharasani] along with Abo Maryam al-Kazakhstani and Abo Laila al-Chechani [ A senior leader in the ‘al-Mojahedin’ army].
Moreover, army units carried out a series of successful operations against terrorist organizations in al-Farz and al-Mrej towns and on the outskirts of Bradon dam, about 60km far away from Lattakia city.
Military operations against terrorist organizations in several areas outside Hama, Idlib and Homs continued, according to the official news agency (SANA) which indicated that many terrorists were killed and injured there.
