Syrian Arab army kills 30 terrorists in Lattakia countryside, targets terrorist ringleaders meeting in Idlib

PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has killed over 30 terrorists and destroyed dozens of Grad and Katyusha rockets in northern countryside of Lattakia amid continuity of military operations against terrorist organizations outside Idlib and Homs.

According to a military source, an army unit killed today over 30 terrorists and destroyed dozens of Grad and Katyusha rockets in Abo Kristin farm in the northern countryside of Lattakia.

More terrorists were eliminated and an arms cache plus 3 vehicles belonging to them were wiped out in Khan Shikhon, Abo Duhur, al-Taman’a, Kansafra and Khrab al-Sultan areas in Idlib countryside, according to the official news agency (SANA).

The agency added that Syrian army killed many terrorists affiliated to the ISIS [ its Arabic acronym is Daesh] in Jzal and its surrounding and intensified qualitative operations against terrorist hideouts in the eastern countryside of Homs.

Concentrated strikes in Madaya

Moreover, Syrian army carried out concentrated strikes against terrorist hideouts in Madaya farms, about 11km far away from Lebanese border and pressed ahead with pursuing terrorists in the western mountains of al-Zabadani in Damascus countryside.

Last night, army units destroyed a rocket launcher and killed 28 terrorists in Duma area in Damascus countryside.

As many as 20 terrorist ringleaders were killed yesterday when Syrian army targeted a meeting included several ringleaders in al-Nusra Front, the ‘Jond al-Aqsa’, the ‘Soyof al-Islam’ and the ‘Ahrar al-Sham’ inside a hideout in Sermin town, which lies 7km east Idlib city.
