Syrian Arab army foils infiltration bid into Hayyan gas field outside Palmyra, kills many terrorists in Idlib and Daraa

PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has repelled terrorists’ infiltration bid into the Hayyan gas field outside Palmyra and conducted a series of operations against terrorist organizations in northern countryside of Daraa, according to military sources.

A military source was quoted on the official news agency (SANA) as saying that army units in cooperation with popular defense groups foiled today terrorists’ infiltration bids from Jazal oil well into Hayyan gas field and from Qarrat al-Thin hills into Jabal Zamlet al-Moher outside Palmyra in Homs countryside.

“Many terrorists were killed and injured during the infiltration bids,” the source confirmed, adding that army units killed more terrorists near al-Holeh dam and in Kafrlaha and Taldo towns, which lies 20km far away from Homs city.

In Southern Daraa province, Syrian army eliminated many terrorists in al-Fqe’a, Athman, al-Dali and Ibta’a towns during operations against terrorist organizations in the northern countryside of the province.

The Takfiri terrorist organizations said through social networks that many of their members were seriously wounded during the operations conducted by Syrian army in Ibta’a town.

They confirmed the death of Wisam Mohammd Kher al-Qaraezeh from the ‘Ahl al-Azem’ brigade in al-Dali town.

Meanwhile, Syrian army mowed down many terrorists west Idlib city and in Kafrlata, surrounding of Abo Duhur and Kafr Shlaya outside Idlib.

There was also bombardment by artilleries on the al-Nusra Front and the ISIS groupings in Martiba crossing in Qalamoun area outside Damascus, according to the Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV channel.
