Syrian Arab Army Destroys Bomb Dump in Idleb, Conducts Operations against Terrorist Groupings in Aleppo and Daraa

PROVINCES,(ST)_ A dump containing mortar shells and gas cylinder bombs has been destroyed in Idleb province by the army units that have carried out  series of operations against terrorist groups there and in Aleppo and Daraa provinces as well as outside Damascus.

According to the official news agency (SANA), the army units wiped out today a dump containing mortar shells plus gas cylinder bombs and killed 8 terrorists near Maarret Mesrin town in the north-western province of Idleb.

A military source declared that the army units targeted terrorist groupings near Bab al-Hawa border crossing and in Kafr Roma, Kafr Rohin, Bennesh,  Abla, Maarblid, Kafr Shlayaand Ihsem towns outside Idleb.

Many terrorists were killed and injured in the said towns.

In addition, the army units conducted a series of operations against terrorist groupings in more than 16 restive areas in and outside Aleppo province.

Several cars for terrorists were destroyed in the operations, according to a military source.

The operations coincided with warding off terrorists’ attack on a garrison at the entry of Bosra town in southern Daraa province and striking terrorist groupings in Daraa city and in Othman town.

Clashes in Darayya

There were also clashes between the army units and armed terrorist groups on several axes in the heart of Darayya city in Damascus countryside.  

Direct hits were scored against the terrorists in the clashes amid reports of eliminating many terrorists in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus and in Zamalka, Duma, Jobar and Khan al-Sheih areas in Damascus countryside.
