Syrian Air Force destroys ISIS gatherings in Homs and Hama, army kills terrorists in Daraa

Homs/Hama – The Syrian Air Force carried out sorties targeting gatherings and fortified positions of ISIS in the countryside of Homs Hama provinces, SANA reported.

Homs

A military source said that the Syrian Air Force destroyed gatherings of ISIS terrorists in the surroundings of Shaer oil field around 52 km northwest of Palmyra city in the eastern countryside of Homs province.

 

The source also said that the Air Force targeted ISIS concentrations in Huwaisis village in Jub al-Jarrah area around 73 km east of Homs city, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their fortified positions, weapons, and munitions.

Hama

A military source said that the Syrian Air Force targeted a gathering of ISIS terrorists east of Ethraya village in Hama countryside, killing and injuring scores of them.

Daraa

An Army and Armed Forces unit targeted a terrorist group affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra in the area surrounding al-Bahar Cemetery in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa city, according to a military source.

The source said that a number of terrorists were killed while others were injured.

Another army unit killed most members of a terrorist group who were establishing fortifications in the area to the southeast of Seida Carpeting Plant in al-Mokhayam neighborhood.
