Syrian air defenses intercept Israeli rockets

Two citizens were martyred  this morning as a result of an Israeli air attack that targeted certain areas in the south early this morning

A military source stated that at 5 o’clock this morning the Israeli enemy carried out an attack from South Lebanon which targeted certain points on the outskirts of the city of Damascus.

Our air defenses intercepted the rockets and downed most of them .The source pointed out that this attack led to the martyrdom of two civilians and caused material damage .

On the 24th of last month an Israeli attack targeted the outskirts of Damascus which also led to the martyrdom of three soldiers.
