Syria wins gold at West Asian Junior Athletics Championships

Manama – Inas al-Amoud won the gold medal in the hammer throw competition with a record of 39.55m at the 1st West Asian Junior Athletics Championships, which is being held in Bahrain.

while Syrian Rima Jaafar (triple jump) came in third place and won bronze medal.
