Syria wins gold at Arab Junior Athletics Championships

The Syrian junior athlete  Ghazal Al-Hakim won the gold medal of  the javelin throw competition at the Arab Junior Championship held in the Saudi city of Taif.

It is worth to mention that 241 athletes from 18 countries are participating in the championship , including Syria, Saudi Arabia (the host country ), Jordan, the Emirates, Egypt, Yemen, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Algeria, Sudan, Iraq, Morocco, Tunisia, Mauritania, Libya and Bahrain.
