Syria wins bronze medals in Arab Weightlifting Championship

Syria’s weightlifting team won four bronze medals on the second day of the Arab Championship hosted by Iraq.

Al-Miqdad Hassan won the bronze medals, with a weight of 81 kg for the under-17 youth.

Our national team player, Jaafar Mia, won two gold medals at the opening of the tournament in the junior and youth categories, a silver in the youth category, a bronze in the men’s category, and two bronze in the total for juniors and men.
