Syria wins bronze medal in the World Informatics Olympiad

Students of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad won a bronze medal in the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI), which was organized remotely by Singapore on the 22nd  and 25th  of this month, with the participation of 351 male and female students from 88 countries.

The Excellence and Creativity Authority stated in a statement on Tuesday that the winning student is Muhammad Nour Al-Masry from Aleppo Governorate.

The commission added that this result comes through the Syrian participation number 13 in the world’s largest scientific merit in informatics.
