Syria wins bronze medal in boxing at the World Military Championship

 Syria’s boxing team player, Alaeddin Ghosoun, won the bronze medal in the 91-kilogram weight category at the World Military Championship held in the Russian capital, Moscow.

Ghosoun qualified for the semi-finals after defeating his Uzbek rival in the quarter-finals in the 91kg weight category.

It is noteworthy that Ghosoun reached the quarter-finals after defeating Jordanian boxer Ahmed Toeimat in  round 16.
