Syria wins 2 bronze medals in the 2021 Asian Math Olympiad

DAMASCUS, (ST))_The Syrian Scientific Olympiad team won 2 bronze medals and a certificate of appreciation in the 2021 Asian Math Olympiad, which was held by Indonesia  on March 9, and its results were announced today.
 
 The Distinction and Creativity Agency said in a statement released on Tuesday that the 2 medals were gained by students Al-Hussein Khalil from Tartous and Ali Bakour from Aleppo, while student Muhammad Fouad Al-Maeen from Aleppo obtained a certificate of appreciation, according to the Syrian News Agency (SANA).
 
This is the 11th participation of the students of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad in the Asian Mathematical Olympiad, in which the elite of the strongest countries compete.
