Syria, UAE discuss cooperation in cultural field

DAMASCUS, Jun.23, (ST)-The Minister of  Culture Lubana Mshaweh discussed on Thursday with the Chargé d’ affairs of the United Arab Emirates Embassy in Damascus, Counselor Abdul Hakim Ibrahim Al-Nuaimi, the cultural relations between the two countries and prospects for their development.

During a meeting held at the Ministry of Culture in Damascus, the two sides spoke about the close relations between the two countries, referring to the advanced level they have reached and the development at the cultural level, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).

The two sides discussed the possibility of cooperation in the fields of books, heritage, restoration, documentation, museums, music rehabilitation for children and the empowerment of the Arabic language.
