Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Marwan Al-Halabi and the Head of Higher Education in Turkey Dr. Erol Özvar signed a joint cooperation agreement in the fields of science and research.
The agreement aims to develop a future vision for establishing a joint university, integrate artificial intelligence, and promote the exchange of expertise and academic programs.
