Syria to Take Part in HORECA Exhibition

DAMASCUS, (ST) Secretary of the Syrian Exporters’ Federation (SEF) Mazen Hammour confirmed the participation of his federation in HORECA Exhibition 2015 which will be held in the Lebanon, Beirut The Exhibition, specialized in the sector of hospitality services and food industries, will be held from 20 to 23 of this month.

“The SEF will evaluate the participation in this exhibition to determine the size of the participation in the upcoming exhibitions and the importance of the exhibition for the Syrian companies in addition to the reflection of the participation in the food industry shows on the Syrian market.” Hammour said.

On the one hand, the representative of the engineering industries sector in the SEF, Mr   Hammour explained that the engineering sector is very important and achieved big steps in the field of air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, household and electrical equipment and machinery of packaging industry.

“The SEF supports the engineering industries sector through the creation of safe places for facilities affected to return to production in addition to the participation in specialized exhibitions, pointing out that the engineering industries sector is very significant and there is a great demand for its products in the Iraqi market,” he added.
