Syria takes part in ITUPP-22 in Bucharest

BUCHAREST, Sep.26, (ST)-Today, the Plenipotentiary Conference of the International Telecommunication Union (ITUPP-22) kicked off at the Parliament Palace in Bucharest, Romania, with the participation of the Syrian Minister of Communications and Technology, Iyad Al-Khatib and the accompanying delegation.

The conference, which will last until the 14th of next month, aims to define the general policies of the International Telecommunication Union, during the period between 2024 and 2027, elect its senior executives, adopt its strategic and financial plans, and address key issues related to information and communication technology.
