Syria’s Olympic football team qualifies to Asia cup finals

Kuwait – Syria’s Olympic football team tied (1-1) with its Jordanian counterpart within Asia (U-23) qualifications held in Kuwait for the 5th group.

The Jordanian team scored at (75th min) of the game while the Syrian team scored at (84th min) through Abdul-Rahman Barakat.

The Syrian team came in the second place in the group behind Jordan with 7 points.

Syria qualified to Asia cup finals of Thailand 2020 as the best second place in the tournament.
