Syria’s national football team is ranked 79th in the world, 9 in Asian and 8 in Arab team

Syria men’s football team moved up four places to become 79th on the list of international rankings issued by FIFA today.

Our team became the ninth Asian after it was in eleventh place and they advanced two Arab ranks to become eighth.

Our team has achieved fifth victory in the double qualifying for the World Cup of 2022 and the Asian Cup of 2023. Our team won the Philippines twice 5-2, 1-0, Maldives 2-1, Guam 4-0 and China 2-1.
