Syria’s medal tally in Arab Weightlifting Championship raised to 32

Cairo – Ahed Jugheili raised to 32 the medal tally of Syria’s national weightlifting team participating in the competitions of the Arab Weightlifting Championship currently held in Egypt.

The medals included 20 silvers and 12 bronzes, SANA reported.

 

Jugheili earned 2 silver medals, while the previous medals were earned by Nahil Diyab (6 silver medals), Thuraiya Subh (6 silver medals), Ali al-Dayea (4 silver and 2 bronze medals), Mohammad Saeed al-Jassem (2 silver medals and 4 bronze medals) and Ali al-Hazzaa (6 bronze medals).
