Syria runs battle with Zionist enemy wisely, says Nasrallah

Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah said Syria’s leadership is strong and directs the battle with the Zionist enemy in a wise and brave way.

Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah clarified that Syria has retaliated for the Israel’s recent strike on it through telling the Israeli side that it will supply resistance with sophisticated weapons  and it will open the Golan front as well as giving orders to soldiers to retaliate for any new attack without asking the leadership’s permission.

“What is going on in the region helps the Zionist entity exploit the available opportunities to impose a new situation in Syria, Lebanon, Palestine and the region,” Sayyed Nassrallah said.

He was speaking on the occasion of the silver jubilee of the Lebanese al-Nour Radio foundation.

Sayyed Nasrallah underscored that the goal of attacking Damascus countryside by the Zionist entity is to put Syria outside conflict with it and strike all those who offer financial and military support to resistance.

“We, the resistance, declare that we are ready to receive ‘game changing’ weapons and we are ready to preserve it. We deserve to have such weapons to defend our people, country and Holy shrines.”

He, in addition, stressed the Lebanese resistance’s unlimited support for what he called the Syrian popular resistance to liberate the occupied Syrian Golan.

Sayyed Nasrallah noted that Syria has stood by the Lebanese people and backed popular resistance till the liberation of south Lebanon.

On the other hand, he said: “It is a shame that the US which plotted to destroy Syria will become by the end a ‘savior’ of Syria through political solution,” calling on Arab and Islamic states to seek for bringing about a solution in order to halt bloodshed in Syria.
