Syria Participates In the Meetings Of The 28th Session Of The General Assembly Of Arab Civil Aviation Organization In Rabat
Rabat-(ST)- Syria participates in the meetings of the 28th session of the General Assembly of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization and the 69th session of the Executive Council held in the Moroccan capital, Rabat, during the period between 1 and 4 of this month of July.
In the delegation’s speech, Assistant Minister of Transport for Air Transport Affairs Engineer Moatasem Jumaa expressed Syria’s aspiration for joint Arab action in service of civil aviation issues between Arab countries at the Arab and global levels, calling on airlines to use Syrian airspace for the purposes of transit and landing at Syrian airports.
In turn, the General Director of Syrian Civil Aviation, Engineer Bassem Mansour, indicated that Syria provides all cooperation and facilities to Arab airlines wishing to return to Syrian airspace, whether crossing or landing, and it is working to turn recommendations and decisions into actions on the ground in a way that serves Arab aspirations that serve the work of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization.
