Syria participates in the International Biology Olympiad

DAMASCUS, (ST)_ Students from Syrian Science Olympiad participate in competitions of the International Biology Olympiad (IBO), which has been organized by Portugal remotely, with participation of 296 students from 74 countries. 
 
The Distinction and Creativity Agency told the Syrian News Agency (SANA)  that the participating Syrian team is composed of four members and it will take partin the contest which includes two rounds of practical and theoretical tests lasting to three hours. 
 
The theoretical test will be held on July 21st.
 
This year, the practical test will be inspired by the journey of the Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan.
